Calum is gone.
Working through grief, and watching the ones you love blame each other for the things out of their control. It wasn't their fault, it never was. They don't know that. His closest friend, the one he's silently favored for years, still visits his room to talk. He doesn't expect an answer; he just wants to feel the breeze in the air.
Calum's losing his memories, starting from the end, remembering the beginning last. He, the favored, is remembering how it ended, and he blames himself most of all for the things he couldn't prevent.
