Sukuna might be talking about the running away from home thing, or the fooling around with Yuuji, or the way Megumi stares at him when it’s just the two of them—all of it feels so childish now.
Megumi's life is in a constant state of disaster. Yuuji does everything he can to help, and Sukuna seems set on making it worse.

Megumi tips his head back and stares at the ceiling, then lets out a low, humorless laugh. He’s so fucking exhausted of this case, of chasing shadows, of inching forward only to fall two steps back. Every damn time he gains something, he loses more, and it’s always the little things that make him slip; small mistakes, missed chances, details no one else seems to care about. Why can’t anyone take this as seriously as he does? Yes, people make mistakes. But apparently, the perpetrator doesn’t, and Megumi is sick of losing control.
