Basically, Iwaizumi invites his three other best friends to his roomate's best friends' gathering at their apartment. What Iwaizumi didn't expect was for Tooru to swoon over this other ex-captain from Nekoma. It gets real good (or bad, in Hajime's case) from there.

“I love you,” Sousuke muttered, a hard whisper into his cell phone. Heat crept up his face to flush his cheeks as he willed all his emotion into that one single sentence. The person on the other end of the line didn’t respond, or more like couldn’t respond to the raven-haired male’s sudden confession. It was a long, dreadful silence. All Sousuke could do was push on a little further, and just get this over with. “Did you hear me? I said I love you, Tachibana."
