Hell, even Bakugou would call Todoroki that, he has enough sense to give him credit where credit is due. But there was nothing powerful about Shouto eating a God damn mother fucking lunchable at nine-thirty at night.

“My father planned a family dinner tomorrow. Midoriya, I’d appreciate it if you came with me. As my date.” Shouto hesitated, then remembered to add, “please.”
The room instantly silenced, and Shouto sinkingly realized that he was now the sole focus of the room’s attention. Kaminari nervously giggled. Beside him, Kirishima stared, mouth open. Ashido’s wide eyes flickered excitedly between Shouto, Midoriya, and strangely, Bakugou. And Bakugou? Bakugou looked as if someone had slapped him. He blinked suddenly, pale brows drawing together in a deep furrow.
“Wh-wh-what?!” Midoriya stuttered, and because Shouto was still looking in Bakugou’s direction, he saw when Bakugou’s hand clenched, snapping the pencil he’d been holding in two.
“Whaaa!” Hakagure said. “Todoroki likes Midoriya?!” She sounded equal parts scandalized and delighted.
Shouto’s spine snapped straight, because of course he’d messed this up. Turning swiftly to Midoriya, Shouto hurried to correct the confusion. “Sorry. I wasn’t clear. I would like you to come to dinner as my pretend date."
Or, the one where Shouto fake dates each of his classmates and Bakugou gets progressively more jealous.

A part of Katsuki- the only part of him that isn’t screaming for rest, that isn’t desperate for the soft, heavenly give of a pillow under his head, his cheek, that isn’t already anticipating the relief of finally closing his burning eyes- is strangely reluctant to climb into bed, to disturb Shouto and disrupt the soothing quiet of this image with the clamour of his thoughts.Katsuki comes home.

In hopes of making Kirishima look Bakugou's way, he teams up with Todoroki to carry out a plan. A plan to fake-flirt with each other, knowing that Kirishima and Deku will notice and perhaps get a little... jealous? At least Bakugou hoped so. It would be a lot easier if Todoroki stopped making Bakugou second guess his every move.

When Shouto looks at him, he’s smiling softly. Proud, like Kota just won gold at the science fair or helped a little old lady walk across the street.
“He’s absolutely your kid, huh?” Shouto asks, voice deceptively neutral. “Like a mini version of you.”
Bakugou shoves at his shoulder, rolling his eyes while trying not to laugh. “Shut the fuck up, Half ‘n half.”

Shouto’s been a nanny for the last few years and is well versed in both kids and their high maintenance parents. He’s worried he may have finally met his match in “perpetual problem child” Kota—only to find out they get along perfectly.
