Summary
Hwei Lukai is the only child of a meticulous and generous art-dealer who funds the arts and holds a strong public presence within the national art community. However due to Hwei’s circumstances at birth, he is unable to inherit his family estate and quickly finds out that popular composer, Jhin Khada, is the primary heir to the estate. Hwei Lukai, a free spirit and tortured artist, has to grapple with the unfortunate facts of his life. The enigmatic and strange new lord of the estate plays music late at night and would not even verbally address him. The circumstances surrounding this composer, and Hwei’s own feelings on the matter lead to more puzzling questions, yet never to answers.

Summary

Advancements in science require resources, funding, sponsors...things the two scientists were not flush with. Getting funding is arduous, when an easy deal comes along...they cant be blamed for accepting. The technology wasn't developed to be used in this particular application, but it is easily adapted to fit almost any needs. A little restraint is nothing, in the grand scheme of things.
