Summary
On some calm Sunday night, Elphaba and her roommate Galinda are disturbed from their chatter, a mysterious letter appears outside the entrance to their dorm room, alongside a carefully arranged bouquet of red-orange poppies is delivered to them, addressed to Elphaba.
While Elphaba is in a state of panic at the gesture, her thoughts are plagued by the thoughtfulness of it all— from the careful wording, to how small and secretive it was.
How is she to study hard enough to the point of meeting the Wizard if all she wants now is to come face-to-face with her admirer?—————
