The mix of whiskey and painkillers is doing its job, dulling the edges of his thoughts until everything feels soft and far away. Still, he manages to muster enough coherence to ask, “So, what’s the deal, Eustass-ya? You wanna fuck me because you think I’m interesting or because it’ll give you clout?”
“Clout?!” Kid repeats, his grin spreading wide enough to show his teeth. “I don’t need any fuckin’ clout, Surgeon. You think I’m out here keepin’ score? Nah, I’ve just heard some freaky shit about you. Figured I’d see for myself if you’re as much of a slut as they say.”

Summary
In order to save his crew, Law becomes imprisoned on Level 6 of Impel Down with Eustass Kid as his cellmate.
For the longest time he'd always managed to conceal his Omega identity with his Devil Fruit abilities, but now that that's no longer an option Law must form an alliance with Kid to ensure his survival and hopefully, their escape!

“Good evening,” Law said calmly. “I am looking for…” he looked down at the medical chart in his hands. “Monkey D. Luffy.”
The boy on the bed smiled immediately when he heard his name, a curious and excited look in his eyes.
“That’s me!” He shouted out. “Are you the doctor? They said that they were sending a doctor before dinner and I am really hungry, so if you are the doctor this means that I am gonna eat soon!”
The two men in the room groaned at that sentence and Law felt taken aback by the enthusiasm of the guy. He was either stupid or not aware of the gravity of his injury, if his only thought was dinner.
“Yes, I am the surgeon that will operate on you,” he answered. “My name is Trafalgar Law.”*
Law is a surgeon who needs some light in his life.

Summary
I've been having trouble sleeping. That is to say, more trouble than usual. Actually, I've gotten so little sleep I am basically hallucinating my way through the days. After speaking with the archeologist-therapist, she suggested I start a journal to "work through" my experiences. I guess she could sense my skepticism, so she told me that if I had a hard time writing, I could address it to someone specific - someone I trusted with my most personal feelings and thoughts. Problem is, I don't have anyone like that. I wouldn't even tell Bepo some of the shit I'm going to write in here. Besides, they all look at me like I have all the answers. I can't admit to them that this idiot has me scrambling for answers I previously thought were obvious.
