When you’ve suppressed yourself for so long, your body goes into what is called, survival mode. And if you stay in such a state, over a period of time, your body can start to shut down. You get sick, you develop diseases, conditions, mental issues, etc. And in Law’s case,
His body isn’t just shutting down, it’s attacking itself, and he could die if this keeps up.
But Law’s persona of an alpha has been his livelihood since he presented as an omega.

Guttural grunts and groans could be heard coming from behind the bedroom door, the rest of the apartment was silent except for the ticking of a clock that hung on a wall. They were in the middle of a livestream now, he was on his hands and knees with the other's free hand between his shoulder blades. At the end of the show, the man faced the laptop's camera and typed out a message thanking his viewers for tuning in.

He'd had a not so great day at work, a lot of his customers that day having been overly grabby. He was used to people being a little handsy with him, but oh my god was it bad today. A full on brawl had broken out between two of his customers. One had been a regular of his and the other was a new face to the club. The new guy had been pretty fucked up and had tried to feel him up.

The two of them stood outside of the gentlemen's club, the bass of the music playing inside could be heard and felt faintly through the doors. A bouncer stood at the entrance behind a red velvet rope and let them in after verifying their ages. They grabbed seats at the bar, ordering drinks as they waited for the dancers to start their performances.

Doflamingo wasn't expecting much when he has to stay on an island for a bit because of major storms. Instead of a nice relaxing time off like he was expecting he ends up with a baby to raise. One that's going to require a hell of a lot more responsibility and patience than he or his crew ever expected to have to deal with! He isn't really sure how he ended up with such a defiant hyper spaz of a brat, but he loves him anyways and can't stand even the thought of him ever leaving! Much to his annoyance someone's been filling his baby's head with stories about pirate kings and adventure. Now his Luffy was hell bent on becoming pirate king!
When Luffy finally does manage to run off he ends up making far larger a name for himself than Doflamingo ever wanted, catching the attention of handsome guys far and wide.
Not only does he have to keep Luffy from wandering off on him he needs to make sure his beloved Crocodile understands that they are just so right for each other! How can't he see that they were perfect for one another? Why was his beloved family always being so difficult? They acted like, him wanting their constant love and them to never leave him, was unreasonable or something! It was ridiculous!
