She continues on but Robby's mind is suddenly hijacked for the second time that day. He almost flinches with the image, like he's been jabbed with a needle out of nowhere - a mess of curls the colour of burnt gold and a voice that sounds like cigarette smoke and the empty halls of an ER in 1999.
