Summary
Kataoka Rin seemed to have it all. She was a natural American athlete, considered a prodigy, and was prospected to run track and field in college. However, her life was far from perfect. Rin hadn’t seen her father since she was six, and when her mother moved her away, she broke a promise to a childhood friend who she can’t seem to remember but dreams about him every night. Now, in her second year of high school, her mother moved her back to the place where she ripped her away from years ago. While trying to make a name for herself in Tokyo, Rin attempts to mend her relationship with her father who is also the head coach of the baseball team. On top of that, Rin becomes stuck with the school’s famous starting catcher as a project partner who knows exactly how to push her buttons. But as time continues, the truth and feelings unravel in a way that Kataoka Rin could never be prepared for.
