Seething, Kiyoomi leaps from his seat to his full height, chest puffed out as though he were an alpha. The sweet-gingery residuals of his scent hanging in the summer air tell a contradicting tale and Miya lounges back on his makeshift throne with one leg hooked over the armrest, grinning smugly as though finding the entire display amusing.
"I won't bow to you," Kiyoomi tells him with a surprisingly unwavering confidence. "You can fuck me, degrade me, pump me full of pups and whatever alpha's like you do, but I won't get down on my knees and beg for it. You'll never have me more than physically."
He doesn't know what he expected, maybe to be hit or worse, but Miya laughs and looks him up and down crudely over the rim of his empty cup.
"We'll see, Kiyoomi, pretty things were born to beg."

“Omi, was it?” And there’s the voice that Sakusa so desperately wishes he could ignore. He turns to meet the catcher’s gaze anyway.
“Kiyoomi. I prefer Sakusa.”

“Listen,” Atsumu adjusts himself once more so he’s relaxed along the chair rather than sitting on the cushion properly—legs again propped onto the armrest, “I’m gonna be yer catcher nine times outta ten and I love this game. finally called up to the majors, kiyoomi is thrilled to be playing baseball just as he always dreamed. until he realizes that playing at this level includes playing nice with miya atsumu—baseball's walking media circus. surely the media couldn't be that wrong about the hot-head catcher, right?
