“Heya, angel,” Dean says into the blanket of quiet suspended around them. “I’m Dean.”
Unsurprisingly, the statue doesn’t respond. He just continues to stay there, frozen in place for eternity.
Dean makes a decision, then. He can’t just leave this angel alone. Can’t abandon him to the elements once again, isolated from the world. Sure, he’s a statue, but Dean just… he can’t.
