Yunho wakes up one morning pissed off at Hongjoong for no reason. So he does what any normal person would do--he ignores the problem and tries to avoid Hongjoong like the plague for a week. It's fine. He's got this. Yeah he wants to punch Hongjoong in the face every time he walks into the room, but it's fine. It's whatever, he's handling it.
It's not like they're at a crucial point in their brand new careers and in their relationship as an intended pack or anything. Yunho's sudden anger towards his future pack alpha won't get in the way of the group. He won't let it affect their lives. He won't let it affect his work performance. And he definitely won't blow up one day in the middle of practice and yell at his leader in front of everyone.
...He's not handling it.

And he does. It might not be the most complex nest he’s ever seen but every part of it contains a scent of some of the people he’s come to love – the ones his alpha is starting to see as pack even as he tries to tamp down his expectations. Some groups do become packs, but most eventually split off into a mated pair here or there or form small units. His alpha wants all eight of them to be one, though, despite how unlikely it is to happen. But that’s a problem for another day. Today, he gets to just enjoy seeing the first nest Mingi has built in the dorm.

“Baby, we should talk about it,” Wooyoung murmurs, breath warm against Yeosang’s lips.
“I know.” Yeosang closes his eyes against the hot tears building there and drops his forehead against Wooyoung’s, ignoring the twinge in his neck from the odd angle. “I know. I just… I can’t. Not tonight.”
“Okay. What do you need for tonight, then?”
A couple of different things immediately spring to mind, borderline delusional wishes that would nonetheless solve Yeosang’s problems - a billion won, a better job, a therapist that he actually clicks with. But while all of those would be nice, there’s something else that, while it won’t actually solve any of his issues in the long run, will at least make him feel something other than the exhaustion and numbness sitting heavy on his mind.
“Kiss me.” He rubs his thumb along the sharp line of Wooyoung’s jaw, following a path that he long ago memorized but loves to walk down nonetheless. “Please kiss me, Young-ah.”
