Summary
He wakes up after an accident, not remembering who he was. All he feels is a vague familiarity with the person sitting beside him.
“You are my Akk,” the man says with a smile and it fills his heart with pain, “And I am Ayan, your fiancé.”
There is nothing that should make him doubt Ayan. There are photos of him and Ayan all around their home. Their families all know each other and their mutual friends drop by at times in the hopes of making him remember his life. But in the stillness of the night, he lies awake thinking of someone. A glimpse of someone he could not seem to catch. Ayan’s smile is not the smile he seeks nor does the love in Ayan’s eyes feel like his. He wonders why the Ayan in front of him is different from the Ayan of his dreams.
The life Ayan promises him, it doesn’t feel like it's not his own. -

Ayan first noticed something was wrong with Akk, on the second day after he was transferred to Suppalo. And no, he doesn’t mean the whole ‘pulling the brakes on the truck so it almost runs over the students’ issue, or the whole ‘ Suppalo curse’ he keeps hearing about. He also doesn’t know how those two things are connected. Yet.
But the problem with Akk is different from all of this.
