    The new motive Monokuma has presented is nothing but a drag. However, when Nagito sees Hajime loitering by the hospital, he finds a truly hopeless discovery - He's got the despair disease! Now one less symbol of hope down, he needs to figure out a way to make use of this conundrum before all the Ultimates are too sick for the killing game.

    The only issue is- Hajime can't stop distracting him.

    Or: A role reversal where Hajime is the one sick instead of Nagito, and it leads to some more heartfelt connections because Nagito actually uses his brain.

    Fuyuhiko bristles in offense. " What — " 

     

    “ Don't touch me. ” The words are laced with poison, and when Hajime reopens his eyes, they're cold. His expression is blank, yet his lips press together ever so slightly in a way that gives away his clear annoyance.
