    After being defeated, Akemi Homura had been brought to a Heaven created by her beloved Kaname Madoka, so that she could be happy. But because she was so sick and weak, she was unable to do anything but be a burden to her Goddess, combined with the painful memories of her failures, which led Homura to the decision of getting rid of herself. So that her Goddess won't have to worry about the burden that is her. But like always, things never go in favor of Homura, and Madoka will prove just how wrong Homura's self-loathing mind is.
