Summary
After years of silence, Albert Wesker returns to the global stage, operating in the shadows with a new biotechnological project that doesn't aim for the extinction of humanity, but its selective replacement. While governments try to suppress increasingly precise biological outbreaks, Leon S. Kennedy is sent to investigate a series of incidents that don't follow the pattern of common bioterrorism.

This anomaly awakens something in Wesker that was never part of his calculations: self-interest.
