Summary
From its dripping mouth he draws the Inverted Spear of Heaven. He’ll cut the brat’s fucking head off this time, bounty be damned. He swings the blade down and moments before it cuts cleanly through the barrier, Gojo flickers and disappears. The swing lands heavily in the spot he was. Toji whirls around when a thud sounds from the living room, Gojo landing in a heap on the floor in front of the couch. Toji stalks towards him, knuckles going white on the handle. The second, third, fucking fifth attempts don’t land either and Gojo pops out of existence only to reappear in a heap somewhere else in Toji’s apartment. Fear, bleeding to anger, bleeding to frustration is starting to turn into quiet panic. He can’t land a hit on Gojo –unconscious and actively bleeding–with the only tool that will allow him to kill him.
From across the room,Gojo, lying on cracked linoleum, opens his one eye. It burns into Toji, lights a small circle around him. Gojo raises a blood stained hand.
Huh.
Toji wonders how much the apartment is going to go with him. Wonders if the kids will be spared in their little closet.
Or, Toji takes Satoru Gojo's corpse after their fight...only he's not dead.

Summary
Suguru and Satoru have been living together since they started at uni, and they've been best friends for way longer than that. With Satoru still in uni, and Suguru working odd jobs, they've found something that's not quite stable, but it's good enough. Eventually, Satoru will leave him behind, but for now, it's easier for Suguru to just stick with him and enjoy the ride.
It's not stable, but it's metastable. It's a little wobbly, but it works. That is, until Suguru discovers something that shatters their shaky equilibrium completely.

Summary
Gojo’s eyes flutter open, the ceiling of his dorm at the school greeting him, along with the blinding sun that assaults his eyes. He groans, swiping his glasses off the table next to his twin bed and laying them across his face. There’s something missing here, but he’s used to it by now.
There’s no one next to him, taking up the other half of this small bed. There’s no long black hair coming onto his side, no warmth, no gentle smile and soft eyes. Only a note, the same note that’s always there.
Mission. Be back later.

Summary
A burning rage boils within his stomach and if he was alone he probably would have torn this room to shreds to satisfy the all consuming anger that now resides deep within him, pulsing through him and contaminating every thought in his mind. Like venom from a snake.
Satoru fought to save lives, he fought that monster for his students, to get his own kid back from Sukuna’s clutches, to finally rid the world of the stain that was the King of Curses.
Suguru looks down at Satoru clinging to him, and he bites his tongue so hard he can feel the blood begin to pool in his mouth.
