Andrea has been giving her worse and worse assignments and has practically demoted her, and Kara knows Andrea would fire her if she wasn’t scared of Cat, Nia doesn’t speak to her much anymore, and Alex is still hurt over their confrontation in her apartment, so no one notices when she slips out of CatCo, the walls closing in and boxing her into a tiny space until she couldn’t breathe.Which is also how no one notices for six days that Kara Danvers is not around, and, by default, Supergirl.

“And I’d do anything to save this,” Kara pleads, finishing her speech.
“You can leave the same way you came in, Supergirl,” Lena spits, and she winces. The deliberate use of her alias roils around in her gut. Bile is in the back of her throat despite not really being someone who can throw up, the last time having been during her throes of Argo Fever, but she nods, almost imperceptibly.
“If you’re ever in trouble, use the watch,” Kara says, standing rigidly on the balcony, shaking hands hidden behind her back. “I will always come when you call.”

Summary
Superheroes don’t get therapy. It’s almost a universal (or multi-universal, Kara supposes) rule that they can’t. It’s not necessarily that they don’t want therapy, but more so that it’s dangerous to. At worst, a crooked therapist could sell out an identity or two. At best, they just wouldn’t be able to understand.

A lot has remained the same, Eda explains to Luz, but a lot has changed.
“Amity is not on our side,” Gus explains further, when Eda falters. While Eda had not been particularly attached to Amity prior to Luz’s return to the human world, and, whilst Eda would deny this with her dying breath, the green-haired witchling had grown on her. But no one can know. The more people who know of Amity’s spy status, the more Amity is in danger.
And being a spy in the Emperor’s Coven, especially with how high up she is, is dangerous already.
Eda’s heart twists painfully in her chest when Luz’s face scrunches up in pain. At 21, Luz knows that not everyone is pure like she had believed, even at 18 when she had to leave the Boiling Isles, but Amity’s ‘betrayal’ still stung.
Especially after putting so much faith in the green-haired woman.
