Summary
When Steve brings Bucky to the Avengers Tower, six months after the events in D.C., Bucky expects to be met with suspicion and disdain — especially from Tony Stark. Considering that Bucky killed Stark's parents, he wouldn't even blame the man.
To Bucky's surprise, everyone treats him with nothing but kindness. Bucky isn't sure how to handle that and only gets more confused when Stark makes attempts to spend time with him. Bucky should refuse, he knows that, but his yearning for forgiveness and reassurance is just too overwhelming.
So, when Tony invites Bucky to his workshop, he agrees, having no idea just how quickly it will become the one place where he feels like he truly belongs.
