“Um,” Eijirou blinked, mind momentarily derailed by the mental image that flashed in his head. “Why is his shirt off?”
“No, I mean,” She made a frustrated noise and crossed her arms, the disapproving look on her face telling Eijirou that he may have not been subtle about where his mind had gone. “His band shirt. He won’t put it on.”
“Well,” Eijirou shifted the boxes in his hands, glancing over to where the other techies were trying to finish set up. “Can it wait a second?”
“Kirishima, please, ” She begged, taking a step closer towards him and clasping her hands together. “I have to calm down Momo and Kaminari, can you please just get your boyfriend to wear the stupid shirt?”
Kirishima knew he had other responsibilities, but how could he say no to the desperation in Jirou’s eyes? And, honestly, he had experience trying to juggle both Kaminari and Bakugou and it was just never a very fun experience. With a sigh, he placed the boxes he was holding on the floor, carefully pushing them out of the path, and then looked back up at Jirou, hands on his hips.
“Where is he?”

Summary
Yawning, Eijirou navigates his way around a few tripping hazards in the dark to go greet his unexpected guest and is mildly surprised when he opens the door.
Bakugou, in most of his hero uniform, leans heavily against the door frame and sopping wet from the rain. He must have just come off the late night shifts he’s been taking a lot of lately. His mask hangs loosely around his neck, but the collar and cumbersome gauntlets are nowhere to found, probably left behind at work headquarters.
He looks more exhausted than Eijirou feels. These late shifts can’t be treating him too well if the dark circles around his eyes and his slouch are any indication. His eyes are locked on some empty space between himself and Eijirou’s shoulder, and he doesn’t bother to look up even with Eijirou standing there in front of him.
Bakugou shows up sick at Kirishima's apartment after a late shift, and the two get past some awkwardness over their last visit with each other.

The voice caused Bakugou to stop on his way to the kitchen. He turned his head instinctively, even though he couldn’t see Kirishima or Kaminari or anyone else that was potentially in the common room to take part in the conversation. Still, something about the tone made him pause, made him curious.
“Do what?” Kirishima’s voice held a genuine curiosity, and Bakugou could easily imagine the look on the boy’s face as he turned to his friend.
“Date Bakugou.”
Their classmates don't understand why someone like Kirishima would date someone like Bakugou. Bakugou pretends that the insinuations don't get under his skin, and Kirishima makes it his mission to make sure Bakugou knows just how much he means to him—and he makes sure their friends know it, too.

“Are those soba noodles?” Kirishima asked.
Again Bakugou’s only reply was a grunt. He offered no further explanation—not that Kirishima honestly expected one—as though making soba noodles from scratch at half past four in the morning wasn’t at all a bizarre occurrence and made complete and total sense. For a fleeting moment, Kirishima even wondered if maybe he was the odd one here. Besides, he’d already decided it was generally not in his best interest to question these types of things with Bakugou, especially when it was something essentially harmless.
When Kirishima has a nightmare and is unable to fall back asleep, he accepts defeat and decides to study in the common area of the dorms. What he doesn't expect to find is Bakugou, also very much awake, and Kirishima can't help but think that maybe they're both having the same problems with sleeping. If he's worried, it's just because they're friends. (Right?)

“Hey, dude,” Kirishima calls out to him in a spur of the moment decision before he has the chance to disappear inside and the opportunity is gone forever.
“Hah?” Bakugou pauses in the doorway and looks back at him with an impatiently raised brow. It’s past his bedtime, and it’s definitely starting to show in his growing attitude.
Kirishima reaches a hand up to press his fingers hard into the tense tissue of his shoulder. He watches his feet move with intent eyes while he slowly makes his way over to their shared banister.
“I was just thinking...” he falters and seems to lose his nerve.
“Eh?” Bakugou prods him further with a furious glare. “All that thinkin’ fry your last few brain cells or somethin’? Spit it out already! ‘M damn tired.”
Kirishima rocks his weight from one foot to the other before he finally gathers up enough courage to raise his head again. He grins with a hesitant, sheepish shrug of his shoulders.
“Well, what if... we kissed?”
Bakugou blinks back at him like he can’t fully process that rather simple declaration.
