Summary
Queen Diene is under mounting pressure to marry and secure Ezera’s royal succession. Her stubborn grief over Bask’s death keeps her heart locked in the past. As a last-minute decision, she asks Krau to send his most trusted knight, to pose as her suitor and silence the Conclave.
Meanwhile, Angelica summons Bask’s ghost to help Diene move on—only for him to witness the slow unraveling of a fragile arrangement, the teetering balance between duty and desire, and the unthinkable possibility: Diene falling for another.

Similarities of any character herein to any real person, whether living or deceased, are purely coincidental. I don’t own Pokémon. -
