Because a whore gets paid, but a lover doesn’t, and they were fools to think they could outsmart the system. It’s rigged against them, and they were never seeing eye to eye in the first place.

Talent Acquisition Director Mobius M. Mobius had been coming to Odinson's for years, another forgettable face in a sea of customers. Still, Loki’s coffee kept him sane after putting in long hours at the office. When he finds out that Loki left Odinson’s, Mobius decides to switch shops. What he doesn’t expect is that he’d be able to build a rapport with the barista thanks to the change. And fall even harder for Loki.

When, after months of successful missions, he unwillingly becomes a pawn in a plot that has deadly consequences, that trust is put to the test—but he’ll be damned if he’s going to let Mobius down.
