La ciudad había cambiado completamente eso era evidente después de estar tres años lejos luchando una guerra sin sentido mientras que varios políticos se quedaban en sus hogares sin hacer nada, mandando a sus ciudadanos a sacrificarse por el bienestar de sus países y a pesar de que Coruscant tenía aliados al igual que los separatistas, lograron llegar un acuerdo para terminar esta guerra absurda sin importarles cuántas personas inocentes murieron. Decidió irse caminando hasta su departamento y por suerte no quedaba tan lejos del puerto, quería disfrutar un poco de la vista que brindaba la ciudad atesorando cada instante sintiendo esa tranquilidad tan agradable y anhelada a la vez, pasa calle tras calle hasta llegar al edificio de su hogar, la fachada seguía igual de la última vez que estuvo. Ingreso con una emoción ya acumulada listo por ver a esa mujer que lo cautivo la primera vez que la vio y sin dudar le propuso matrimonio a los pocos meses de haberse conocido, para Anakin fue amor a primera vista listo para construir su propia familia.

Obi-Wan smiles wider.
“I figured he could handle it.”
Mr. Skywalker bends forward with a fist wedged against his thigh, conspiring like. His tight jeans whine when he does so.
“How many shelves do you think he climbed to get them?”
A sigh. Mr. Skywalker knows his son well.
“At least two. Apparently there was a witness.”
“Hey! You weren’t supposed to tell him.”
Stormy eyes meet Obi-Wan’s for a split second. An entire, exasperated conversation passes between them with that one look. Obi-Wan realizes the significance, the electricity almost in real time. It takes his breath away, recognizing the silent conversation they just had for what it actually is. Obi-Wan clears his throat into his fist and tries to lurch away, to flee the intense stare still boring into him. But he’s rooted to the spot in the bubble of Mr. Skywalker’s cologne. It smells woodsy and musky. Like a man would smell, Obi-Wan reckons.
