Summary
Gunwook had always shared a special bond with Matthew. He loved all his group members, but with Matthew, it was different—something deeper blooming in his chest whenever the older boy invaded his space.
His defenses slowly began to crumble, no longer able to control his body's reactions when Matthew’s lingering touches found him.
After a particularly fiery exchange during a fan meeting, he could no longer bear to be in the other man’s presence, his resolve slipping away. But Matthew wasn’t one to be ignored.

Or: in which Matthew is forced to learn the horror of being taken care of. Gunwook’s there to help him with eating, showering, jerking off. You know, the necessities.

“Went back to Canada. Lived with my mom and sister. Tried to forget.” When Matthew looks up, Gunwook sees in his eyes something so familiar and complicated that his breath stops.
“And did you?” asks Gunwook, swallowing. “Forget?”
Matthew gives him a wry, sad smile. “No,” he says, soft. “I didn’t.”

Three years ago, Gunwook's best friend and only sanctuary disappeared without notice. When Gunwook's finished with military service, he decides to go back to his rural childhood home, but finds Matthew there waiting for him.
Cue domestic rural life, though Gunwook's memories are threatening to shatter the peace. (Also, the heating breaks down and there's only one bed, etcetera, etcetera.)
