It sat on the glass coffee table unmoved, the dark screen reflecting a twisted image of his troubled face back at him where he sat on the living room couch in his quiet apartment. It was dark outside and the street lights down below barely made their way through the windows of the highrise apartment but Hongjoong hadn’t bothered turning on the lights.
Years after Ateez had gone their seperate ways Hongjoong thinks about what could have been. He really should text Seonghwa.

Yunho listened into the fragile silence. He could hear the second person faintly, breathing and whimpering quietly. He took a hesitant step forward, emerging from his hiding spot. Between the bricks and wood the moonlight shone down into the otherwise dark yard—just enough for Yunho stop, catching the glint of light reflected off a pack of cigarettes laying by his feet. He bent down to pick it up from the dusty ground.

Summary
