“Yep!” Usopp says, before he can consider the wisdom of lying to a witch or fairie or whatever supernatural creature takes the shape of a frowning boy with yellow oven mitts. “I’m a... a prince, actually.” He cringes, but it’s too late to call back the flustered words, so he has no choice but to commit to the story. “I’m on a mission to greet all my loyal subjects. And, um, collect taxes.” He points at the plate. “One loaf of bread should cover it, for now.”
The boy laughs: a startled sort of sound, like he wasn’t expecting something so loud to come from his own body.
“You’re not a prince,” he says, and Usopp’s face flames, “but I’ll give you the bread.”

“I dunno why you guys are stressing so much. It’s easy, we just have to keep telling Usopp how awesome he is!” Luffy exclaims. “He’s always sayin’ nice stuff about us, so we’ve just gotta return the favour. If we tell him how great he is all the time he’ll have to believe us and he won’t be sad anymore!”
After seeing how Usopp was unaffected by Perona's negative ghosts on Thriller Bark, the other Straw Hats are worried about their sniper's mental health. Luffy insists that Usopp doesn't need to be fixed or changed, but just requires the occasional reminder of how talented and valued he is. The crew is more than happy to oblige.

“I see where I’ve failed,” Judge says, turning his back to them. “All of you, bested by the Failure. I’ve spent the past week agonizing over how it was possible — you are marvels of genetic engineering, and the decades of work I've poured into you four have amounted to nothing.”
The room was silent; the four of them knowing Judge wants silence from them, and speaking would just anger him further, if even possible.
”Then, it occurred to me,” Judge continues, turning around to face them once more. Reiju swallows, suddenly nervous. “You don’t care. It doesn’t matter how many times I beat the failure out of you, you have no desire to better yourselves. In a way it's my fault — I gave you four everything you have, none of it earned.”The events of Whole Cake Island make Vinsmoke Judge reconsider the success of his experiments, Reiju wishes she could return to the version of herself before her reunion with Sanji, and the Vinsmoke brothers can’t care about any of it (yet).

Theo was having a pretty good time, see. He'd finally gotten out from under his parents' thumbs, he might not know what he wanted to do but he definitely didn't want to become a doctor, and he was finally able to live.
And then his drunk ass decides that it's a good idea to walk into a magical psychedelic rainbow, and the next thing he knows he's waking up on a rock in the middle of the sea with his phone, a dragon plushie, and no idea how he got there.
So, you know. He's having a fun time.
That's not even mentioning being eaten by a sea monster and saved by a crackhead with superpowers who wants to recruit him into becoming a criminal and doesn't take no for an answer, the seafaring police force that is somehow worse than the cops back home, and the disgusting food in this world, seriously, that apple was nasty as hell-
