Summary
"Gabriel isn’t usually this bitter about his job. But he’s also not usually assigned to six foot two men with fluffy brown hair, wide hazel eyes and a smile that could rival the fucking sun; who also refuse to take a goddamn hint when it comes to romance."
in which gabriel is a cupid who gets assigned the unfairly gorgeous sam winchester, which should by all accounts be a slam dunk. the problem? no matter what he tries, sam just refuses to take a hint. the only solution is (despite the rules stating against it) to confront sam. desperate times call for desperate measures, after all.
(title inspired by the song of the same name, by conan gray)

Summary
Wilson stands above him, hands placed on his hips with the indignance as a 90s housewife and that tone of insufferable all-knowingness, characteristic of whenever he's going to say something a little too accurate about House. "You get distracted by pain, leaves less room for the things you don't want to think about, like the Flyers sucking or the price of gas or... Oh, the fact that you pushed the love of your life out of your life."
Too accurate. "God, I wish the pain would go away." He glances up at Wilson pointedly. It cannot have been made more clear-- he wants Wilson to stop berating him about this already. He knows this was pain seeking behaviour, he doesn't need anyone to list it out for him.

Set in season 2, episode 12, "Distractions". A snippet of House's scattered, migraine infested thoughts as he grapples with self inflicted pain. Nothing new for him, really.

Summary
“You’re wearing my sweatshirt,” Wilson replies, both delighted and pleasantly surprised. “And you look like Cuddy just gave you two hours of clinic duty.”
Before House can reply, the cellphone in his pocket rings loudly. He side eyes Wilson before muttering, “It could still happen,” and picking up. Wilson does laugh at that, getting up to make House a cup of coffee. By the ringtone- MMMBop- it’s his team, they’re probably calling to tell him about a new case they’ve acquired.
Wilson has just taken a bite of his toast when House opens the conversation with, “Good morning, I slept with Wilson.” He nearly chokes, head whipping to stare at House in shock. It was true but he hadn’t expected House to be so forward about it.

Lighthearted fic for when Hate Crimes M.D makes you want to scream and cry.

Summary
However, that’s not the only reason that he loves this piano specifically. House had challenged Wilson a few days ago to find one piece of furniture, just one, that represented who he was. Wilson chose a Hammond organ, a gift for House. He was pleasantly surprised and delighted by what it said about his best friend.

Angel.
That is the first word which comes to mind when someone looks at Wilson. It isn't without reason, either, the oncologist seems to radiate pure energy, sheltering people in his broken wings.
****
In which House and Wilson are beautifully perfect puzzle pieces that just fit together. -
