Summary
Everyone thinks Kurt Anderson has it all: successful career as a Tony-winning costume designer, gorgeous loft in Manhattan's trendy Astor Row neighborhood, loving husband with a booming practice in couple's counseling. In reality, Kurt’s life is barely held together with a web of lies, misery, and prescriptions. On the advice of a friend, Kurt rents a house in upstate New York to take a break and put things in perspective, only to find that his life only looks more miserable from a distance. Sinking deeper and deeper into depression, Kurt is considering ending it all when he gets a letter in the mail, postmarked one week ago. The return address says only ‘Finn Hudson’, which is impossible, since the man died a decade ago.

Summary
At almost 30, neither Finn nor Kurt's lives are anything like what they'd hoped for. Rachel's Broadway and music career is at its peak, Blaine devotes day and night to his work at the hospital, and Finn and Kurt have spent too many nights empty and alone. Summary
A lot of folks like to fantasize about being discovered as secretly powerful entity that could make or destroy everything, a descendant of some grand bloodline with a fantastic destiny planned, or some other grand adventure once they enter a specific stage in life. Some people end up having adventures of a not-so-grand nature, and others get far more than they bargained for and regret it instantly.
Point is, at some point in everyone’s lives, we all want something a little more than what we’ve got. For Arden ‘Ari’ Connelly, getting invited to The Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters was definitely not something he was planning on, especially given his origins and the fact that many people would be against his very existence attending said school.
But hey, when you’re scouted by arguably one of the most powerful mutants in existence to attend a place that was built on dreams, maybe you can take a leap of faith and see what happens next?
