You've been taking things slow with Amir at his own request but he comes to you with something special.
Its Fem!Drifter x Amir Beckett. This is technically an xreader but you’re the Drifter. I took a lot of inspiration from his voice lines in-game. There are spoilers! I love this nerdy little goofball and I thought I could raise my fanfic writing skills from the dead to contribute to the community. Summary
The urge to relax quickly evaporated as he caught a glance of the mannequin next to the sitting area. It had been there when his partner had arrived for the first time to the mall, ‘tagged’ by a duplicate set of his shades. Neither had bothered to move it, even as Amir moved into the backrooms with them.
But, evidently, his partner had done some redecorating.
Even from where he sat, he could spot the vibrant orange collar that now rested on the mannequin’s neck, complete with a short, thick leash, the loop of which rested in its odd plasticine hand.

You chew on your lip, trying to gauge the meaning in his words. You pull up nothing, so you decide to just answer honestly. “…Not really.”
“Alright then, keep me company.” Caleb swings around to face the foyer, casting a long glance over his shoulder. “I’ve always been more of a night owl anyway.”
The liar. Caleb’s always been able to get up at the crack of dawn since he was a teen. It’s such an obvious fib, but he says it anyway, shamelessly directing you to his room.
