Summer arrives every year, slipping into the cadence of your life, dragging along Leon Kennedy's presence with the ocean breeze.
He's been your brother's best friend since they came out of the womb. You couldn't exactly say that he shared the same relationship with you. Ever since he could start walking, he's dwelled at your house more prolongedly during the summertime, lodging in your brother's bedroom and forcing you to be aware of his existence.
He comes back every year, albeit attending university in a different state. It has been a pestiferous constant in your life.
Yet when he returns after completing his third course of studying, you start to get agitated by the fact that you would only be able to hear his aggravating voice for only two months of the remaining year.

But the silence growing between them is too comforting, that he no longer wants to break it. There’s still time for them, and when he’s ready, he’ll say it all to Satori and he will listen. But for now… this is enough.
(Or in which Wakatoshi is in love with Satori and maybe Satori feels the same for him. It’s something they’ll have to confront eventually, but for now, learning how to gel Satori’s hair and tape his fingers together might just be enough.)
