Summary
Scott hated his hair.
Hate was a strong word. Scott was often frustrated by his hair.
It was traditional in Rivendale culture to keep it long and far be for Scott to argue tradition. And he was aware that his hair looked quite beautiful, the silvery blue color often drew peoples eye and the intricate, interwoven braids with jewelry threaded throughout was sure to keep them looking.
It was the actual making of said braids that Scott disliked. And washing it, and conditioning it and drying it and brushing it-
It was just a lot maintenance. Scott wasn't fond of it.
