9/10. Another high-scoring fic from my QUEEN. Is the writing as polished as some of their other works? No, but bestie still has a massive talent for storytelling! And, as with most Yoonmincraze fics, it was ANGSTY. But the circumstances were highkey understandable and it didn’t feel crazy frustrating like War and Rain’s angst. In the end it's worth it anyway! The moment where Minsung finally talks it out (well, more like fights it out) and confesses is sooooo fulfilling. I reread it twice before moving on hehe. Also, their dance scene was SO good UGHH MY HEARTTT. & finally an omegaverse where the characters can fully shift! I did find myself skimming through the smut though, it wasn’t hitting for some reason and I just wanted to get back to the plot already. Maybe I'm just in an anti-smut mood rn. Oh and there is mpreg, but at this point ya girl does not give two shits. I love Minsung and I love a good story and nothing else matters. Get each other pregnant for all I care, they’re in love your honor!

10/10!!! I LOVE THIS. I AM FILLED WITH JOY. Let me take you on a tour of all the reasons I am obsessed with this fic. First of all, it’s peak comedy. I laughed SO much. Especially at every interaction with Seungmin, I fucking love Seungmin (to absolutely no one’s surprise). This author is just really good at writing banter between all of skz, ugh. Second, I just loooove a royal au and no one can take that away from me. Third, it’s a besties to lovers trope which is shamelessly my favorite! And Minsung is MINSUNGING in this!! So good, so good, especially the gym scene where Jisung is absolutely thirsting over Minho hehe. Also, it features biblically accurate Minsung nonverbal communication which we LOOOVE. Fourth, the author uses royal/noble titles properly (WHAT a turn on, this is practically foreplay, are they trying to seduce me??). Fifth, I really like how the author finds ways to subtly weave in additional lore that's not really story-relevant but further fleshes out the characters. And, as an honorable mention, Berry and Dori are Chan and Minho’s horses! Very cute we support! Anyways, I digress. Read this fic!!!

A garbled, dry laugh bubbles up from his chest.
Yeah, sure. Of course. A wolf finds him, just in time for dinner. He doesn't even have the energy to panic, his body feels like it's dissolving into the dirt. Becoming one with the forest floor.
Death by wolf. So on brand.
The warmth of the wet snout vanishes and, weirdly, Jisung almost misses it. There had been something oddly comforting in the nosing. Gentle, even.
Then someone swears, a soft voice that's definitely human. It nearly gets drowned out by the rain. Jisung hadn't heard anyone approach.
"Hey," that someone says and suddenly there are firm hands on Jisung's shoulders, shaking him gently. "Can you hear me?"
(Or: Jisung is an aspiring producer in a slump, following his best friend out to the countryside for a change of pace. What he finds there might change more than just his perspective.)

9/10. Veeeeery heartfelt and full of good vibes. Enjoyed how the author placed shifters with omegaverse dynamics in the real world alongside humans! Fantastic Minsung reunion scene at the end, I did shed a tear. I also just love the idea of being able to hang out & snuggle with your friends/partner while they’re in their animal form, the concept is just so freaking cute.

8/10. This was actually kinda fire. It was really funny but also steamy at the same time which was an entertaining combo. At first I was like, an ongoing threesome arrangement with Chan?? In a Minsung truther scenario?? But it lowkey worked. Also, loved the real-world timeline accuracy!
