Summary
This is it. Izuku felt his lungs gasp for air as this nightmare dawned upon him, vision blurry with tears. It's over for me. he stared ahead lifelessly, briefly wondering what he did to deserve such a fate, why his selfless mother would have her life ripped away from her.
He can't forsee himself in the future, and when he does, he is assaulted by an image of a blackened corpse, not unlike the one laid in his arms. He doesn't know how much his life will change in the near future. That a promise he made almost a decade ago will be fulfilled, to be intertwined with a certain blonde until the last light.

Mitsuki rolled her eyes, throwing her cigarette to the ground before stomping on it a little more aggressively than she had to. “Katsuki, Grow up. Life isn’t always about what you want.”
Leaving her final words to linger in the air, she slammed the door shut behind her. Katsuki looked at her squashed cigarette on the ground, and back towards the door where he could see her back retreating into the hallway. With a sigh, he moved to rest his elbows on the patio railing, sliding his head between them, fingers clutching the back of his hair. His arms were getting wet due to the moisture lingering onto the metal, a result from a recent rain, but he couldn’t care. He was cold, wet, and he could hear his father in the distance calling him to come inside, but it didn’t matter. Nothing did in that moment, as he gripped the back of his hair, fighting back invisible tears.or
Katsuki is forced into an arranged marriage, and the thought of green hair and green eyes makes him want to rip his hair out.
