Woongki looks down at the napkin, at the eight names arranged in the four corners and edges of the square, at the overlapping lines and arrows. “So, where are you?” He asks, absently drawing a heart through the condensation left on his glass. “Where do you belong in this?”
Taerae blinks, not really expecting the question, but the answer comes to him soon enough. “Here.” He takes another napkin and scrawls his name across; KIM TAERAE. “That’s where I belong.”
He makes sure to put that napkin at the other end of the table, far away from the one with his members. Woongki blinks down at the table and then snorts, shaking his head.

Summary
“I didn’t want to see you.”
Hanbin’s blood runs cold. “What?”
He’d suspected as much—it was impossible not to figure out the truth. Almost five years of radio silence does that to you. The tiny flicker of hope you once nurtured and shielded from biting winds, eventually dies after one coincidence too many. Denial loses her place at the table with each message left unread and call unanswered. Hanbin’s not stupid; he understood from the beginning of their new lives.
Supposedly, the truth sets you free. Whichever genius came up with that saying, Hanbin decides, was a goddamn liar.
Zhang Hao’s staring off into the sparkling lights, the barest hint of a rueful smile pulling at his lips. “After disbandment, I didn’t want to see you. Not until now.”
At the 2030 MAMA Awards, Hanbin sees a familiar face, wins some trophies, and finds the answers to a few of the million questions he never dared to ask.

Summary
There’s a tangle of thoughts and feelings at the bottom of Taerae’s inability to ask for what he wants. It should be uncomplicated and painless, with Matthew, and it often is. However, there’s a hard-set boundary that Taerae still can’t cross, not even in his own mind. Chalk it up to growing up in a religious household, or to realizing he liked men when he was already in his twenties, or to his general over-thinker tendencies. Maybe the origin is in Matthew himself.
Taerae wants Matthew to use his strength on him in bed. He's clueless as to how to make it happen.

Summary
The first time had been playful, light-hearted. A dare, a simple and dry peck on the lips as Matthew kept her hands to herself, the laughs of the other trainees in the background and some of the girls hiding their red faces with her hands.
By then, Matthew had already been in love with Hanbin.
