Summary
The Straw Hats never expected a visit to an unfamiliar island to uncover secrets about their cook's past.
As Robin and Chopper begin piecing together the truth about Sanji's family, the crew discovers that the horrors of Germa 66 may not be as far behind him as they believed.
Sanji escaped his family once. He built a life of his own, found people who accepted him, and even allowed himself to care for someone he would rather die than admit he needs.
But now his body is changing, and the worst part isn't knowing what he's becoming.
It's knowing he might never be able to stop it.
And Zoro isn't about to let him face it alone.
Not that he'd ever admit why.

Summary
It's not the first time they've been becalmed, but it's the first due to a field of ice for as far as the eye can see. Excluding, of course, the snow and ice covered island a few leagues ahead of them. With the speed of Sanji's skywalking and his responsibility to keep the crew fed, it's only reasonable that he should be the one to go to the island to restock supplies.
Or: They sail in strange waters and encounter strange things. Sanji should have known better.
