Summary
The two abductors in the front seat had been rather excited about having kidnapped a Wayne kid, and the passenger opened a bottle of bourbon. He took a few large gulps before the driver reached over and took it. The one in the backseat with Damian had tried to stop him, but soon both of them were drunk and the car was wrapped around a telephone pole.

Sanji could only imagine how awful he looked. But like always, Luffy didn't seem to care. He just smiled and crouched beside him.
"We've been looking for you and Nami for a whole day! She and the little girls told us you were stuck down here."
"Something really heavy is on the other side of this wall," Sanji said. "I can't move an inch."

Distantly, the road burns. Bart's body has gone numb and he lets out a sigh.
Nobody will be surprised to hear he's screwed up again. That's who he is, the biggest screwup of the Flash Family.
He wonders if Wally is watching him. If this was some sort of test. Obviously Bart failed, and he wouldn't even be surprised if Wally left him here.

Summary
Where has Aventurine of Stratagems found himself this morning? He's taking bets for the next ten minutes! So far the top five guesses, in order of least to most likely, are the following:
First option: His bed. A comforting, warm late morning greeting him through the curtains, Cake Cats purring against his chest and nuzzling his face and arms.
Second option: Ratio's bed. Still warm, delicate touches on his pajamas and a boundary he's so close to trusting. The promise that thing's wont get complicated between them.
Third: His office. The air conditioner on too high in headquarters, his chair creaking and stiff—fuck it, he's tired of this mental game. Option four was passed out in a bar. Option five is what's actually going on.
He's been kidnapped. Simple as that.

"Good thinking," he thinks he hears a voice. He knows it's not real. He's heard him enough times. "Can't really pass out on command though, can you?"
He can't bite back with a reply. It'll just make it stronger.
"Ignoring me? Not surprised. You still do that today. I mean, turning off the comms over a bullshit argument about hotdogs? Where'd it get you?"
Stuck, he thinks.
"Exactly."

He was just out here to resupply with Bepo. One of them had gotten lost. Normally Law would assume it was Bepo, except he was the one who couldn't find his ship. He was the one clutching his shoulder as he run through twisting alleyways. He was the one with a sea prism stone bullet lodged in his damn clavicle.

"Batgirl signing on," She said carefully as she slipped her comm into her ear. "Where am I needed, Oracle?"
A long sigh. "Arkham."
She's already regretting putting the suit on tonight. She coughs once and climbs onto her motorcycle, wiping her mouth and frowning that there's still some blood.
"You sick, Batgirl?" Tim asked. Guess this was important enough for him to come back to the job.
"There's a cold going around the tower," She shrugs. "Guess I caught it before heading out."

The pain of the ground is welcoming as he bounces and rolls to the side.
When Sanji opens his eyes, part of him expects the All Blue. He left the Baratie to find it, but once he saw the paper with 'Vinsmoke' written in curved letters, his dream had taken a back seat. He'd given up. What would Luffy say?
The afterlife looks a lot like an infirmary.

By all accounts it wasn't even a lot of blood. Just a smeared patch where he'd been resting on his side, crusted and browning. Kyle pushed himself up with a groan, two things making themselves very clear.
Kyle couldn't hear his own breathing. Not the groan, not the rustle of his sheets, not even the string of swears he let out.
A hospital. He needed a hospital.
