Summary
While out on patrol in their third year at UA, Izuku and Katsuki run into a little problem: somehow, a quirk has linked them both emotionally and physically. It's seemingly nothing more than an inconvenience, but Izuku is finding it harder and harder to hide his feelings for Katsuki that he's already decided to give up on. Katsuki, on the other hand, is totally clueless, though he does know that it's uncomfortable having Izuku so minutely aware of him and his convoluted emotions.
As the year progresses and the link wanes, the two hero students join a mission alongside several classmates involving smuggled high tech weapons, manipulation, and an organization hell-bent on righting the wrongs they've endured at the hands of corruption—all while Izuku struggles with a rapidly diminishing supply of One For All that Katsuki refuses to face. In the midst of the chaos, both students are forced to confront their feelings and figure out their next steps with the clock ticking down till graduation. But there's always more than one way out, and one of those ways is avoiding the culmination entirely. The only question left is:

"Are you unharmed?"
Will trembled in the hold, his hands tentatively resting on the paladin's cloak. His eyes flick to Mike, then to the man holding him, his breath coming faster.
"W— I'm— what?"
The knight pulled back, only enough to see Will's face, loathe to let their bodies part. His brow furrowed in concern, looking at Will with such care it made his head spin.
"Are you unharmed, beloved?"
Mike asked before he got the chance to, but Will could hear the tension in his jaw when he spoke. "Beloved?"

When a rift opens from another reality, Will comes face to face with a fantastical version of Mike. Not only is he a knight from a realm he didn't know existed, but he is completely and utterly devoted to Will. Something that, for no clear reason, seems to agitate his world's Mike beyond reason.
In their efforts to return the paladin to his own realm, feelings and secrets are brought out of the shadow, and into the light.
Or, Sir Michael The Brave plays matchmaker for another realm's version of him and his William.

That seemed to snap both the boys attention back at Murray. Their necks moving at such a speed, Murray feared it would've snapped. Will's heart hammered so loud in his chest.
"I....I don't see why I'm.... relevant to this topic?" Will asked, sweat starting to form in his face.
Murray only looked at him and smiled. "Oh trust me, you are."

Summary
Written for the prompt "hiding an injury".
It's Katsuki's birthday, so Izuku takes him mountain climbing to celebrate. What he didn't foresee was getting injured halfway through the climb, and having to hide the injury from Katsuki for the remainder of the day so he doesn't ruin his birthday.
Spoiler alert: the birthday does get ruined.
