Summary
The Imperial Seer is a weapon, a conjurer of ancient arts used to hunt down the enemies of the Empire from the shadows. Countless minds have been crushed in her hands, rebel scum leaders, traitors from within the Senate or any other potential threat. Her eyes are everywhere.
But what no one knows is that she is also a prisoner who has given up on all hope. Her captors know to keep her weak and subservient to fear, her head always bent down to survive while she points her finger at innocents to be destroyed. The second she’s not useful anymore, she’ll be the next to fall.
Life seems like a narrow, one way corridor to the slaughterhouse. Until someone shatters the illusion, a boy with an aura of pure gold. There’s always hope.
(Basically, (Y/N)’s journey through the OT. She partakes in canon in some places and gets her own plotlines).

Summary
Zuko doesn’t know how Azula's doctors already seem to understand what their childhoods were like, and how they seem so prepared to house and treat a dangerous firebender. He doesn’t know why they aren’t afraid of him or her, why they even agreed to come here. He doesn’t understand how Uncle even knew who to contact for help, and how he set everything up so quickly.
Uncle looks resigned, when he’s asked about it, which makes Zuko nervous.
“These were not quickly made arrangements,” he admits. “I spent a great deal of time when I was traveling with the White Lotus looking into how one could best help a war child who had been so indoctrinated and hurt. I wrote to quite a few people, and have been in contact with the doctors treating Azula for some time.”
Zuko stares back at Uncle in confusion.
“I don’t understand. You knew she would go mad?”
Uncle sighs. He puts his tea down on the table between them, and looks Zuko in the eye as he answers.
“No, Fire Lord Zuko. These arrangements were not made for her. They were made for you.”
*******
Couldn't stop thinking about how Iroh must have been planning on having to "deal with" Zuko after the war.

Summary
“The men in this town want women, and not just to warm their beds at night. They want conversation. They want entertainment. They want company, pure and simple. Men without women, they start yearnin’. A sadness creeps into their hearts. And I consider it my duty as an upstanding American to help them with their problem, and make a little dough while I’m at it.” Chester tapped the side of his nose. “All they need is the illusion, you see; the illusion of the weaker sex. A little innocence, a little sweetness, a little glamour. Most of ‘em—soldiers, ranchers, miners—ain’t seen nor touched a woman in months, years even. They’re satisfied with anything.”
Marty gaped at him. “You want me to play a girl to—to satisfy—”
“Just dancing, as I said.” The bartender raised a finger. “No kissing, cuddling, touching or petting. None of that here. Just dancin’. Elegantly, maybe even seductively, but nothin’ more. You’ve got no idea just how gently and daintily these scruffy miners can dance, son. It’s a sight to make you weep.”
--When Marty becomes stuck in 1885, he takes a job at the Palace Saloon to earn money for him and Doc. Unfortunately, he catches the eye of Buford Tannen, who takes a liking to 'Marlene'.
