His green eyes, though a bit unfocused – probably from too much alcohol – had a spark of mischief, and his posture slumped as he leaned heavily against the wall. She could swear she knew him from somewhere, but she couldn’t think of where.
Not that it mattered. She blurted an apology before moving around them, continuing her trek to the bathroom down a hallway and around another corner.
