Summary
Upon receiving note of a group of pirates under the ruthless leadership of Pomegranate and her league of darkness, Wind Archer joins a group of rebel pirates under the leadership of Pitaya Dragon.
However, onboard their vessel, Wind Archer comes into contact with the boisterous Fire Spirit who makes it his life mission to bother Wind Archer as much as possible.
He finds it remarkably difficult to get over the sheer obnoxiousness of his new companion.

Summary
Fire Spirit frantically slammed his fist into Wind Archer’s door, his panicked knocking less purposeful and moreso mirroring his desperation.
“WIND ARCHEERR!” hollered Fire Spirit, his raspy yell punctuated by a violent coughing fit. His hands trembling from the cold temperature outside, he frantically tried the knob to no avail, sniffling pathetically.
The lock clicked out of place and Wind Archer yanked promptly the door open, his posture at alert in intense concern. The archer’s bow was readied, unaware if the sickly Fire Spirit was a home invader or some deluded crackhead. He lowered his guard, recognizing the face immediately upon meeting eyes with Fire Spirit.
“Goodness, you look a mess. Get in here.”

Summary
The sun beamed perfectly onto Wind Archer’s face, the usually stoic individual’s steely demeanor absent in this very moment. The archer’s bow idly lying in his lap, he contentedly listened to the ambience of the forest, admiring each and every little creature he could hear running about.
Wind Archer’s eyes closed in bliss… before abruptly screwing them back open upon his moment of peace being interrupted by a guttural cry, far less purposeful than the delicate chirp of a passing bird or the coo of a foraging squirrel.
“Wiiinddyyyy~~!”
Emerging from a clump of undergrowth, Fire Spirit took a moment to stare sullenly and hiss hushed curses at a tangled mop of thorned branches he’d gotten his foot snagged on, before staring at Wind Archer with a huge grin spreading wide across his face.

Summary
Everyone’s been told the same things about Fire Spirit Cookie: the fierce, boisterous guardian of flame, fueled by passion and rage. The very guardian who was molded and reborn from what was supposed to destroy him, a spitting mockery of defeat. The exaggerated, glorious campfire tales of Fire Spirit’s blazing wrath incinerating any obstacle or opponent practically engraved into the memories of any Cookies living in the Dragon’s Valley.
What not many people know, however, is that there is something weighing down the flame guardian— something he rarely lets off.
