After appearing in Lugunica, Subaru finds himself encountering a certain young assassin named Meili Portroute who is being chased by a powerful knight. His first day in this bright new world is shrouded in mystery as he comes to term with his mysterious Return by Death ability-- The only thing he does know, is that he'll start it off right by saving this young girl. (Now in Arc 4: Shatter the Everlasting Greed!)
(This is being ported over from FF.net! I'll probably start uploading updated chapters here AFTER they go live on FF, because I much prefer that site. Also if there's any issues with formatting or anything, it's because I made it for FF first-- Sorry!)
