Summary
Simon figured the Pitches didn’t exactly encourage being open and honest about feelings. Unsurprising, but a little sad. Baz always acted aloof, as though nothing got to him, except with Simon. Simon could always get to Baz.
(When Simon can’t take out his frustration on Baz by fighting him in their room because of the anathema, he resorts to more... unconventional methods).

Summary
Everyone idolized Souji. That was as clear as the weather wasn't. And though Yosuke always admired Souji, he thought that they had a different relationship than Souji did with the others. They were supposed to be partners, equals, and Yosuke felt like he saw Souji clearly. With the recent turn of events, however, Yosuke was beginning to doubt his own sight.

Summary
“I figured it out about a month before graduation.”
When Oikawa explains this, they are sitting together in a boat in the middle of Lake Pichola, India, hiding at the end of the fourteenth century with no one to bother them. Hajime sifts his hand through the water to cool his face while Oikawa pauses to collect himself, sights fixed on the royal blue of an emerging night sky. He holds two fingers up to the yellowed moon, pinches it into forced perspective, and palms it completely to force the light out of his eye. At the view, he smiles like he’s defeated all the knowing gods, the fates and their fickle futures, and humbles himself from the stratosphere.
“You know the story, Iwa-chan,” Oikawa tells him, back on earth. “Boy jumps to Miyagi in attempt to run away. It is raining, when he meets another, and they are both five years old. Neither of them can decide if he is from years past, or years to come. Hell, he could be a monster, for all they know.”

Summary
Hanahaki Disease is brought on by severe unrequited love; the sufferer will fall deathly ill and cough up flowers unless their love is eventually returned.
Or so it usually goes. Karamatsu somehow landed himself with a chronic case.

Summary
Oikawa’s eyes glint as he lowers his voice, ducking in close as he says, “Telepathy.”
He groans. “For the last time--we do not have telepathy.”“Well, maybe we would,” Oikawa points, circling his finger in the air, “if you’d practice with me.”
(Or, teenage boys who are in love but can't seem to get it together.)

Summary
"Why do people even like summer so much?" Tooru muses, “It’d be much less boring if I could play volleyball, but it’s so hot I’d definitely die if I tried. And what would this world do without me?"
"It'd be a better place, for one."
"What would you do without me?"
Hajime takes too long to reply as he contemplates this.
"The correct answer is: 'live the rest of my life wallowing in misery, yearning for my other half'."
"I think the correct answer is that I'd finally have normal blood pressure."
