Summary
Dr. Mills: Patient is stable, surgical intervention not indicated at this time.
Dr. Swan: Patient continues to appear clinically worse despite reassuring abdominal exam. Pediatric Surgery’s continued involvement and re-evaluation of the patient would be appreciated.
Dr. Mills: Per my previous note, there is no indication for operative intervention. We appreciate Pediatric Medicine's enthusiasm. Should actual objective evidence of surgical pathology manifest, we remain available for re-consultation. Signing off.Emma Swan and Regina Mills are the last two attendings anyone wants on the same patient. Their Epic note wars are legendary, the residents keep score, and the nurses refresh the chart for entertainment. But when one impossible case refuses to fit into either medicine or surgery, the hospital's biggest rivals are forced into an uneasy partnership that just might change both of their careers—and everything else.

Summary
Eloise groaned as she got trapped, again, this time behind a group of slow-moving students, she tried her best not to grow too irritated with them but it was a losing battle. Technically, it was not their fault that she was running as late as she was, and being able to move a half pace faster really would not make all that much of a difference. It was just a tad easier than simmering in the disaster that had been her morning, which by some accounts might have been entirely her fault.

What happens when Eloise can't stop running into Cressida? What if casual isn't going to cut it?

Summary
Santos smiles. “You know, I meant what I said.”
“What’s that?”
Santos turns her head to meet Garcia’s heavy gaze. “I think you might kill me.”
Garcia glances down to her jaw and then to her lips before coming back to Santos’ eyes.
“I think you might kill me first."A simple apology leads to mind-blowing sex as Santos and Garcia become obsessed with getting each other off. Part smut, part character study, part Santos growing, and healing, and experiencing all the pain and joy of letting herself be known.
