Summary
If the world was a fair place, Harry Potter would never have come across a curious romance novel that seemed to depict the entirety of his past with his old school rival Draco Malfoy. The world, however, was not a fair place. That’s why he found himself sitting in a cosy little bookshop listening to that same Draco Malfoy read excerpts from “Apples and Oranges” – his newest endeavour into the world of muggle literature, and a way to fix his relationship with Saint Potter, if only in his head.
In a turn of events stranger than fiction, the flames of an old obsession begin to light up Harry's days all over again. It starts with a meet and greet and a signed copy of his "fixed" life, but the ending seems more unclear than ever. Twisted in a fictional romantic comedy, Harry's own life is suddenly at a crossroad - he passed his enticing incident, so what else can he do except flip the next page of his future and wonder: what happens next?
or: Harry and Draco play gay chicken as they recreate ten dates Draco wrote in his romance novel. Harry tries to prove that ten dates is not enough to fall in love, while Draco tries to hide that he's already in love after the first.

Heard about you and Gigi, the text reads. Zayn stares at the words on the screen and in his head he can hear Harry’s slow drawl. Can almost see the dimple sinking into his cheek, his eyes, big and wide and green.

Zayn stares at it while his heart thumps heavy in his chest. He doesn’t understand how a string of numbers and letters on a screen could paralyze him like this, but they do. His face is hot and his ears ring. Stitch nips at Zayn’s hand. The movement startles him out of the fog he’d slipped into, and he taps his thumb against the screen and without missing a breath, swipes across and deletes the message.

Summary
Harry and Zayn exchange a look. Zayn’s eyes twinkle, and he grins, mischievously. “I think we like to keep our secrets - oh, don’t give me that look.” Louis looks like he wants to throw something at them. Zayn laughs. “Yes, yes. We’re together.”
“Proper serious too,” Harry supplies, nodding sagely. Zayn barks out a laugh. “Wedding bells and all.”
“Sorry you boys weren’t invited,” Zayn says, with a smirk. “We wanted to keep it small, you know.”
Louis shakes his head, with amusement. “I’ll have you know that you might be joking now, but nobody will be surprised if this actually ends up happening.”
(The year is 2021 and Zayn and Harry finally see each other after six long years, and everything is different. Zayn has a child, Harry doesn't know what his status with the other former members of One Direction is, and neither of them know what's missing from their lives.
