Jeremy convinces Kevin (and several other Foxes) to come to Pride in LA. Kevin is too Kevin to admit what that means.
Kevin glanced back at Andrew and Neil one last time.
Andrew pulled his sunglasses down out of his hair where they'd been shoved and waved a hand at Kevin. To someone else, it might have seemed dismissive. But Kevin knew Andrew better than that. He knew what his dismissive wave looked like. This one was more like saying go ahead. He read the implication that Andrew (and Neil) wouldn't be far out of reach, even if they were out of sight.
Even so, he could feel panic start to grow roots in his chest. Jeremy's hand slid down his arm, winding their fingers together and squeezing. Kevin, startled, fell back into himself at that and looked down at Jeremy.
"It's okay," Jeremy said. "Jean and I got you."

Usually when Neil starts shit in a post-game press interview, he does it on purpose. This time, he really just meant for it to be a joke.“How do you feel about the possibility of ending up on a team with a former Fox teammate?” is the next question.
“Great,” Neil answers, sincere. “I would love to play with Matt or Kevin again.”
“What about Minyard? Would you sign with Atlanta?”
Neil says, “Andrew? He’s a nightmare.”
He knows it’s a joke. His team knows it’s a joke. Andrew will know it’s a joke.
The press does not seem to know that it’s a joke.

Jeremy knows how attracted he is to Jean. It’s not something he’s bent out of shape about either. Jean is his friend first. His friend, most importantly. His partner. Jean's attractiveness is more of a bonus to the hundreds of other incredible things about Jean, if nothing else. Jean is so wonderfully, hilariously honest that if there ever is something more intimate in store for the two of them, Jeremy is confident that Jean will let him know.
His attraction isn’t news to him, but realizing the frequency at which Jean turns him on, especially when he can’t have a release… well, it’s rather startling. It seems like everything Jean is doing right now gives Jeremy issues. He’s pretty sure he’s going to start getting turned on when Jean so much as blinks in his direction. He feels a bit bad, but reasons to himself that really, Cat should be the one who feels bad.
