Endo is positively beaming by the time Sakura gets close. He stands up from his seat and starts waving excitedly. Sakura has a put upon look on his face, but he doesn’t seem upset. Just mildly annoyed, if anything.
Wait, were they friends now?
“Can you hear what they’re saying?” Umemiya asks.
“I’m too far away to make out anything.“
“SAKURA-SAAAAAAAN!!!!”
And like a whirlwind, Sakura’s vice captains are at his side, bodily pulling him back and away from Endo’s reach.

Or Sakura is turned into a younger version of himself which leads Furin to go through chaos learning how to properly take care of a kid, but also learn more about Sakura's past and why he acts the way he does.
