Izuku was silent for a moment. He thought he’d fallen asleep for real this time, until he shifted over onto his side and looked at Katsuki with weary, green eyes, full of empathy.

Katsuki inhaled sharply, as if the vulnerability had physically pained him. “I dream about dying.”Katsuki can't sleep after the war. Worse, when he does sleep, he has nightmares. One night, Katsuki experiences an episode of sleep paralysis. Izuku is there to comfort him, and they find their problems are more similar than they thought.
