    Summary

At six years old, everyone bears the first words their soulmate will say to them. Once soulmates recognize each other, every touch brings a burning sensation. Fresh from a breakup and feeling lost, Steve’s life takes an unexpected turn on his 18th birthday when he meets his unlikely soulmate, a transfer student from California he had secretly noticed but never spoken to. But Dustin, oddly enough, doesn’t seem to feel the marks’ reaction at all.
