Summary
It's Halloween, and the PTMC day crew goes for drinks after their shift in costumes to celebrate the holiday. Dennis hadn't been planning to go. Hell, he hadn't even heard about the celebration till Trinity, his ticket home is insisting they go. He doesn't even have a costume! Until they find Robby's hoodie and glasses forgotten in the breakroom. After a bit of pressure from Trinity, he shows up to the bar dressed as his attending. He just didn't anticipate Robby's reaction. Which is obviously anger. Why else would he stare at Dennis all night yet barely speak a word to him?

Dennis wears Robby's clothes, and Robby has feelings about that.

The ED team shuffles out, Whitaker and Dr. Robby taking up the rear. Dr. Robby stops him with a hand on Whitaker’s waist, there and gone. “Really,” he says low, directly into his ear, beard scratching his cartilage, “that was amazing. You didn’t waste any time starting compressions. That probably saved that baby’s life. You saved that baby’s life.”
The praise goes to his head, suffusing him with endorphins. “Thank you, Dad.” And he promptly wants to crawl out of his skin and slither down the drain with the after birth slop.
